BEST TIMES FOR VICTOR LOPEZ-CANTERA IN 100 M FLY (59.18) AND 200 M FLY (2:09.61). ALSO CARLOS OMANA DID HIS BEST TIME IN 400M IM ( 4:35.66)

MINI CAMP ADVENTURE IN KEY WEST

Dear MAC Swimmers and Parents;

Head coach Kirk Peppas and the MAS Foundation board is organizing a Mini-Camp Adventure at Key West. The Mini-Camp is only for Kirk and Kyle’s group with the exception of any 11 and 12 year olds that would like to participate. The Mini-Camp will be held on the weekend of August 29-September 1. The weekend will start of with a Saturday morning practice at 5:45 am to 7:30 am followed by the FGC Keys Invitational Competition. The camp also includes Sunday and Monday morning practices at 6:15 a.m. until 8:30 a.m. For this occasion we have reserved 30 rooms at the Double Tree Grand Key Resort. All rooms include two queen beds with the price of $141.00 per room per night. We hope to see you there and your family too.

If you are interested please fill out the form attached and return it to your coach or any member of the foundation by August 5 with a 50% deposit. The trip must be paid in full by August 15.

El dirigente Kirk Peppas y la fundación MAS están organizando un mini campamento en Cayo Hueso. El campamento es para los nadadores del grupo de Kira y Kyle con la excepción de cualquier nadador entre las edades de 11 y 12 que quiera participar. El campamento se llevara a cabo el fin de semana del 29 de agosto hasta el 1ero de septiembre con prácticas el dia sábado 5:45am a 7:30am y domingo/lunes de 6:15am a 8:30am. También estaremos participando en la competencia de FGC Keys Invitational.

Hemos reservado 30 habitaciones en el Double Tree Grand Key Resort para este fin de semana. El precio por noche es de $141 e incluye dos camas Queen. Si desean reservar su cuarto para este fin de semana tan divertido, necesitamos que llenen el formulario y entreguen un depósito de 50% del total a su dirigente o cualquier miembro de la fundación antes del 5 de agosto. El pago final tiene que entregarse en o antes del 15 de agosto.

We are desperately in need of volunteers for officiating at meets.

If we want to continue sponsoring meets at our pool, we must have more officials, instead of putting the burden on the few we already have.

Remember that, as well as helping your club, this is helping your swimmers who want to attend meets at our home pool.

Clinics are available for anyone willing to become a part of the Florida Gold Coast Swimming Association.
